The right relationship between a powerful structure, balanced tannins, intense flavors and a lightness of the wood accurately chosen and controlled, means that this wine expresses and highlights the style of this terroir so famous in the world.

Vinification:   All operations are performed manually from the vineyard to the cellar, such as harvesting the grapes and sorting. After de-stemming at the entrance to the cellar, the slightly crushed grapes are placed in stainless steel conical vats to macerate for 7 days at 5-6 ° C to extract aromas and phenols. Then it follows the classic fermentation at 26 ° c for about 15 days.
Aging:   18 months in new French oak barrels, suitable for Cabernet Sauvignon of this level.
Alcohol content:   14% Vol.
Tasting Note:   Splendid the chromatic aspect of an intense ruby ​​red almost impenetrable.
Intense aroma of black fruits jam with balsamic notes, menthol and sweet tobacco well integrated by virgin oak; solid almost austere.
In the mouth it is of great character, with an elegant structure and tannic notes typical of Cabernet. Ripe fruit with hints of oak, black pepper and spices. It proceeds wide and tasty, well supported by an alcoholic note that makes it a complex wine of great character.
