|Vinification:||Manual harvesting for a better selection of the grapes in the rows of Syrah, sorting and destemming at the entrance to the cellar.
The grapes are placed in the French oak barrels to ferment, to better fix the colors and aromas, paying attention to the fermentation temperature and continuously moved by manual pressing.
|Aging:||18 months in French oak barrels of second passage, so as not to damage the delicacy of the typical Syrah tones.|

The nose is impressive with blackberry, cassis and black currant in pleasant surplus.
