A beautiful adaptation of this variety in the land of the “vineyard Sant’Uberto” gives to Marchesale the maximum expression of elegance and refinement.

It is distinguished by its great balance, a characteristic that increases from year to year with the aging of the vineyards, where each job is done strictly by hand, in the right times and methods.

Vinification:   Manual harvesting for a better selection of the grapes in the rows of Syrah, sorting and destemming at the entrance to the cellar.
The grapes are placed in the French oak barrels to ferment, to better fix the colors and aromas, paying attention to the fermentation temperature and continuously moved by manual pressing.
Aging: 18 months in French oak barrels of second passage, so as not to damage the delicacy of the typical Syrah tones.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Tasting Note: Intense ruby ​​color with purple nuances.
The nose is impressive with blackberry, cassis and black currant in pleasant surplus.
Spicy and balsamic notes well integrated with sweet and well-dosed wood, sprinkles of cocoa.
In the mouth it is of solid workmanship, excellent and well prepared extraction combined with fruit and spices. Continue well structured and plush, with sweet spices and red fruit in pleasant balance. The finish is juicy and tasty where all the components are perfectly integrated giving rise to a pleasant after mouth.
