Comes from our Vermentino’s vineyard in Bolgheri.

Harvested by hand the beginning of November in the presence of noble mildew (Botrytis cinerea), which develops on the grapes thanks to favorable climatic conditions, typical of this area, dew and mist in the morning and afternoon sun.

After natural fermentation with botrytized grapes, it is aged 12 months in barrels and after long aged in bottle.
