Full body, very soft tannins with very fine grain and a finish rich in gracefulness and positivity. The notes of black cherries, sour cherries and wild strawberries blend well with nuances of chinotto and laurel. Full body, very smooth tannins perfectly fused in the matrix and a. spicy finish of remarkable beauty. In the background many black olives describe the secondary profile recalling a pleasant and controlled oxidation of the matrix. Medium body, soft tannins and a good relaxing finish.
