Gin-Giò is born from our selection of freshly harvested botanicals, each individually distilled by the renowned Nannoni distillery, located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma.

This distillation technique best reflects our artisanal and rural spirit; it is essential to distill each botanical at its optimal stage of ripeness. Only then are the individual distillates blended to create our GIN.

GinGiò is dedicated to Mamma Giovanna, perfectly embodying her fresh and bold character while also being sweet and delicate.
