The classic Vermentino of the Tuscan coast worked like a great red: a strong thinning of the grapes, harvest by hand, fermentation in barrique with manual pressing down, long aging in steel and then in bottle. All these steps lead to the creation of an unconventional product: secondary and tertiary perfumes, strong structure, a beautiful body, a pleasant and long mouth with the right amount of light wood given by the fermentation in oak barrels.
First year of production: 2006
Breeding system: single spurred cordon
Vinification: first 4 days in French oak barrels with skins, then in steel vats
Refinement: in steel for 6 months on fine lees
Alcohol: 14% Vol.
Temperature: 10° / 12° C
