A fresh wine characterized by the typical aroma of Bolgheri’s Vermentino. The correct acidity, a nice sapidity and a complex but well-balanced structure make it a wine with a very good drinkability. The harvest takes place at the end of September, so the temperature ranges of the hills behind our vineyards accompany the maturation of the grapes. The harvest at sunrise and a cold vinification are the most important and scrupulous moments of the production. Handpicking, selection of the grapes in the cellar, cold pressing, fermentation and aging in steel. Then aging in bottle.
