Our new vineyards DOC Bolgheri.

Finally, we have been able to increase our vineyard extent, after Bolgheri DOC production area had been enclosed for several years.
We planted two new vineyards:

• one first in 2019, in the Ferruggini Road, a few hundred metres from the winery. One hectare of strictly selected Cabernet Sauvignon vines.
  This new vineyard will be productive in 2024 implementing Emilio Primo Rosso production.
• This last February 2020, a hectare and a half of new vineyard has been planted. Selected clones of Merlot grape grafted on specific rootstocks properly chosen based on our soil and according to the years’ experience. The new Merlot vines, will be productive in 2026 and destined to Inedito wine production, thus allocating Merlot older vines to our company “cornerstone” Aldone.
