Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from olives harvested at the family estate: Agriturismo le Vallette.
The olive grove, which surrounds the farmhouse, consists of two hectares of land, where the Frantoio and Leccino varieties are present.
The olives traditionally harvested by hand in the period between mid-November and early December are rich in polyphenols, thanks to our favourable climate, thus obtaining a characteristic Tuscan oil, suitable for all food regimes.

Formats: 500 ml – 3 lt. – 5 lt.
Color: Clear, intense green color with golden reflections.
Scents: on the nose it shows delicate and enveloping aromas of aromatic herbs and hay.
Flavor: The strong and harmonious taste, with notes of almond, is slightly spicy of olive harvested at the right degree of ripeness.
Ideal match: excellent for seasoning any meal, thanks to its delicacy it can also be combined with fish.
Perfect dish: exceptional raw on toasted bread.
Harvesting is done manually by selecting the highest quality plant by plant to maintain the integrity of the fruit in all its freshness. To prevent oxidation and obtain an oil of the best quality, the olives are brought to the mill where the pressing is carried out within two hours.
The pressing is cold, to obtain a high-quality extra virgin product.
The selected mill to crush the olives use new concept systems, which allows to protect the oil from oxidation, thus enhancing its aromas.
